COVID-19 Update

Hello Everyone

We are open but operating under specific guidelines.

During this state of emergency :

  1. All service is by appointment only.

  2. All scheduled vehicles will be dropped off & keys put in the key drop box. All keys will be disinfected.

  3. There is absolutely no entry into the building.

  4. Service requested will be through telephone or email dialogue only. No person to person communication.

  5. We are washing our hands before we enter a vehicle and after we exit the vehicle.

  6. All steering wheels are disinfected.

  7. Arrangements will be made for vehicle pick up.

  8. We are not accepting cash during this time (only Visa, Mastercard, cheque and email transfer).

We are continuing to ensure high traffic work areas or frequently touched surfaces are cleaned and disinfected on a regular schedule. This procedure is being done even though customers are not permitted into the building. This is for everyone’s safety ours included.

We will continue, if there are no other solutions, to pick up and drop off your vehicle during business hours (time permitting).

If we stay calm, informed, wash our hands, practice social distancing, as well as being kind and respectful to each other we will come out and be a stronger community.
